The Doctors of In Motion

Dr. Sharon L. Fitelson

Dr. Sharon L. Fitelson, Chiropractic Physician, is the founder and clinic director of InMotion Health Center. She graduated in 1980 from Logan College of Chiropractic Magna Cum Laude. She is also a Chiropractic Orthopedist, having received that Diplomat status in 1989. She has been licensed to perform acupuncture since 1995 and achieved Diplomat status with the National Council of Chinese Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in 1998.

Dr. Fitelson is committed to empowering others to take care of themselves. A natural extension of this has been education, of her self and of others. She has been an adjunct faculty member of Logan College, teaching intern Doctors to be successful in clinical practice. An avid speaker in the St. Louis area, she lectures widely on Fitness, Diet and Nutrition, Golf, Skiing, Carpal Tunnel, Women’s Hormones, Acupuncture and Stress. All of her patients are invited to attend these lectures, especially an extended health consultation, an introduction to the well being curriculum.

Dr. Fitelson created InMotion in 1995 out of a vision that treating the whole person with a diversity of approaches would be most successful. Currently on staff are professionals who work together to blend their treatment protocols, often consulting to provide the best quality services for each patient. Services include Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Diet and Nutrition Counseling, Addiction Control, Fitness, Rehabilitation, Sports Acceleration, Ergonomic Assessments, Massage Therapy and Stress Reduction.

Her practice style is one of compassion, listening to her patients and making them feel comfortable. She often blends east and west with Acupuncture and Chiropractic medicine as appropriate. She has the benefit of years of practice and experience, yet is committed to ongoing education, often seeking out new learning vehicles and bringing up to date techniques and information to her patients. She works well with other physicians and strives to be a resource for her patients.

On a personal note, Dr Fitelson loves to hike, garden and be outdoors as she lives in the woods. She works out regularly and loves movies and her family. Her life’s purpose is to live a life of profound joy, deeply related, with full self expression and a grateful heart and to in turn educate others to do the same, so that the level of vibration on the planet can be raised in this lifetime and for future generations to come.

Dr. Fitelson maintains that people, once educated, will have a greater advantage in preventing dis-ease. “We are living longer and many of our ailments are life style related, thereby, within our control.” She stresses the importance of the integration of all facets of well being, treating children as well as seniors. The body has the innate ability to heal itself, and with trust, perseverance, and direction this can be accomplished. This is Dr. Fitelson’s passion.

Patient Testimonials:

Dr. Sharon Fitelson is amazing and has remarkable skill and intuition as a chiropractor!

With her skills, in only a month she was able to relieve head and neck pain that has been with me since 1985.

Many before her (other chiropractors, physical therapists, rolfers and massage therapists) have tried to achieve full movement in my cervical spine, or at least relieve the pain.  All had limited results.

But Dr. Sharon knew a different and better way to relieve the pressure and pain at the back of my skull, at the top of my spine.  She listened and took the time to figure it out and did some adjustments that my body literally craved.

She also worked wonders with my lower cervical spine, where the shoulders attach, and in the hip area.

I just cannot thank her enough. I recommend her to my friends and am confident that she will also make a difference in their pain and improve their daily lives.

Very sincerely,

Kellie Trivers
A very grateful patient

Dr. Gregory Neff

Dr. Gregory Neff, a 1998 honor graduate from Logan College of Chiropractic has been a vital part of InMotion Health Center since 1995. During his doctorate education (1994-1998) he served as Health Center Consultant, was recognized as Outstanding clinical intern and graduated cum laude. From 1995 till 1998 Dr. Neff served as Chiropractic Assistant learning actual clinical applications from his mentor Dr. Sharon Fitelson. He was attracted to InMotion Health Center because of its reputation for excellence and it whole-istic approach to patient care.

In August of 1998, Dr. Neff joined the staff of talented doctors at InMotion as a chiropractic physician. Dr. Neff specializes in men’s health issues, sport injuries, carpal tunnel syndrome, low back pain, headaches and personal injury cases. He uses a comprehensive whole-body approach to treating patients. His knowledge of nutrition, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, core strengthening, massage and physical therapy modalities enable him to accomplish this task and provide the best possible care.

In addition to being an excellent chiropractor, Dr. Neff is highly skilled in acupuncture with state certification. He uses this skill to treat such conditions as sinusitis, digestive disorders, immune deficiencies, chronic pain syndromes and migraine headaches just to name a few. Dr. Neff is a member of the American Chiropractic Association and the Missouri State Chiropractic Association.

Dr. Neff is committed to physical, emotional and spiritual wellness not only for his patients but for himself as well. He believes that to effectively teach and inspire others about the tenets of health one must practice them himself. He also has an unyielding commitment to public education and likes to lecture on topics such as exercise and fitness, immune function, men’s health, stress and nutrition.

Dr. Neff is passionate about making a difference in people’s lives. He sees the importance of his work that of offering hope…regaining health and living a life of vitality!

Patient Testimonials:

Dear Dr. Neff:

I am writing to let you know what a wonderful experience I’ve had at  InMotion Health Center.  Over the past 18 months, I have had two significant bouts with pain and discomfort.  Both times, I have had almost instant relief.

Moreover, your staff has been unfailingly friendly and accommodating.  I would gladly recommend you and your staff to anyone I know.

I am most grateful for not only your professional treatment, but for the quality of your services.  I am 100% confident that your treatment has made a huge difference in reducing my pain and discomfort.  Thanks a million!

Best,

Mark McAlevey

Some 5 weeks ago I came to you in desperation.  For 25 straight nights prior to that my sleep was interrupted two and three times each night by severe upper back pain.  The medical profession has prescribed 3 different drugs for pain as well as a neck traction device.  Essentially these things did not alter my condition.

Now with the chiropractic manipulations, the acupuncture, the massages and the exercises, my condition has improved remarkably... No more waking up in pain.  In fact, the pain is almost non-existent.  Now I work on the upper body machine to strengthen the upper back muscles.

I would not hesitate to tell, in fact I have told, many folks of the good work you, Dr. Neff, have done as my primary doctor, but also the good work Dr. Fitelson ... and the whole team at InMotion Health Center have done as well.

Sincerely,

Richard Simonson

A year ago I was diagnosed with a mild neuromuscular disorder with no attributable cause.  The resulting symptoms were muscle numbness, soreness, cramps.  Because the cause was unknown, no effective treatment was found.

...recently I decided (hesitantly) to try acupuncture as a treatment and immediately had symptom relief.  Thanks to you and my ongoing treatments I am now successfully managing my physical condition and have resumed my normal life style.

Dr. Christopher Utrup

Dr. Christopher Utrup, a 2006 graduate of Logan College of Chiropractic, is the newest addition to the InMotion Health Center team. While completing his academics at Logan he served as a Chiropractic Assistant and Health Awareness Workshop Speaker at Logan Health Center. Before becoming a doctor at InMotion, he spent a year as our Physical Therapy Coordinator under the training of Dr. Sharon Fitelson and Dr. Greg Neff.

Dr. Utrup’s particular areas of interest are musculoskeletal injuries (including extremities), rehab, soft tissue therapy, nutrition, sports-related injuries, and core strengthening. His expertise also focuses on the importance of chiropractic care in pediatrics and pregnancy.

Dr. Utrup’s approach to health is to help his patients focus on “your ability to comprehend yourself in your environment: spiritually, emotionally, nutritionally, structurally, and energetically.” He believes we can achieve “overall wellness” by promoting an optimally functioning immune system, good eating habits, safe and regular exercise, and regular chiropractic treatments.

In conjunction with his work as a Doctor of Chiropractic, Dr. Utrup is head of the Core Strengthening Program at InMotion, which is an exercise course geared toward toning, strengthening and balancing the deep interior muscles of the abdomen and lower back.   To educate his patients and the public about Chiropractic and wellness, Dr. Utrup also conducts an ongoing series of Health Awareness Workshops at the clinic, provides work-site ergonomic assessments, and speaks regularly at an array of venues on the topic of Wholistic Health and Wellness.

Patient Testimonials:

When I came to see Dr. Utrup at InMotion, I had been in a car accident. I was in excruciating pain and had stiffness in my back, shoulders, neck and hips. Walking was difficult and I suffered from intense headaches. Within 3 weeks of treatment, I was 60% improved. Within 6 weeks, I was 90% improved.

The staff is remarkable. Everyone from the receptionist and office staff to the medical staff sends a message of warmth, caring and compassion. Dr. Utrup is so competent and insightful in identifying specific problem areas. I feel so blessed that I found this wonderful place and plan to continue monthly adjustments after I am released.

Thank you and God bless all of you. Anyone who walks through your door is fortunate to be there.

August 27, 2009

I experienced a very painful episode of low-back pain over this Summer 2009.  I had a high level of pain from an old back sprain/strain, which I reactivated this summer.  When I had my first visit in your office I had to wear a sturdy back brace, could hardly handle any bending, and even slight bending to brush teeth over the sink was very painful.

You were extremely efficient, effective, kind and understanding from the beginning and throughout the healing process.   I began to experience relief very quickly with a lessening of pain after just one week in your care.  I was amazed due to past experience with the same recurring area of pain that took nearly three months to subside even with physical therapy and massage.

Your care has been outstanding.  Your adjustments were amazingly effective and seemed exactly what I needed.  Never were you excessive or rushed, while always answering questions and educating along the way as needed.  The ice therapy and healing massage therapy were welcome suggestions that greatly added to ease and comfort as my pain subsided.  After just about two weeks of office visits, I no longer needed a back-brace, I gently resumed almost all regular activities with no pain other than residual stiffness.  Now, out of pain I look forward to preventive care and some moderate “core-training” with you to hopefully strengthen the area and avoid recurrent re-injury.

It has been a great experience to have such a caring, effective, and gifted doctor.  I am gratefully to you, Dr. Fitelson for her great care, and all the staff at InMotion.  Everyone in the office has been wonderful and adds much to make a caring and healing environment.

Many thanks to you and all the great staff at InMotion Health Center.

Sincerely,

Jill Goodman

To One looking for a good Healthcare provider;

I am one of those unique individuals that does not like traditional medicine and I hate hospitals, though there is a time and place for both. I however am very proactive with my health. I am very careful in my selection of Drs. and because I embrace alternative medicines I am particularly careful to interview my providers. I was not able to get an appointment with Dr. Fitelson the day of my initial interview but because of acute pain I accepted an appointment with Dr. Utrup. I have now been under the care of Dr. Utrup for the past six weeks.

I have continued with Dr. Utrup because he has satisfied my criteria for healthcare providers. He LISTENS to me! He is very careful to get all the information and apply his skills. Do not let his youthful appearance prejudice you. This Dr. is very thorough and practiced in many methods/techniques of chiropractic. Dr. Utrup has a compassionate heart and was always mindful of my own goals in my progress. He was also very clear in his recommendations when my own goals tended to set me back.

I will continue to utilize Dr. Utrup for any future health care needs as I am confident of his abilities and have come to appreciate him as a friend who is looking out for my best.

May your day be blessed and your health give you the zest to live abundantly.

CHIROPRACTIC

Chiropractic is a non-medical approach to health care that focuses on the treatment of disorders and structural imbalances involving the bones, muscles, nerves and joints of the body. With chiropractic care an emphasis is placed on the correction and rehabilitation of structure, function and flexibility of the human frame.

More and more people are seeking chiropractic care because they want a natural hands-on approach to treatment, to postpone or even avoid the use of drugs or surgery. Today, there are over 50,000 doctors of chiropractic practicing in the United States helping nearly 20 million patients. While chiropractic has been referred to as “alternative” medicine, it is quickly becoming mainstream as research and results show the pervasive effects of chiropractic not only on the body but on the mind as well.

InMotion’s staff of chiropractic physicians has over 35 years of collective experience in treating their patients and designing treatment plans that are unique to the individual and their needs. In addition to traditional manipulations (adjustments) to the spine, treatment plans may include such modalities as electro stimulation, muscle-release techniques, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, traction, massage, core stabilization, exercises and acupuncture. Our doctors will create the plan based upon YOUR needs and goals. Our doctors see their skills as being “complementary” to that of a traditional doctor.

We treat a variety of conditions: (not limited to these)

1. Low back & leg pain
2. Neck & arm pain
3. Headaches
4. Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
5. Automobile accident injuries
6. Sports injuries
7. Extremity pain & injuries
8. Scoliosis & other postural faults
9. Pregnancy
10. Pediatrics
11. Well patient care, prevention

Our goal is to relieve pain and prevent future degeneration while stabilizing and strengthening the supportive soft tissues. We welcome difficult cases.

Is Chiropractic care covered by insurance?

Most insurance companies offer some or limited chiropractic coverage. If you have insurance, it is important that you realize there is a limit as to what is covered. Our trained and qualified staff will call your insurance company on your behalf and determine what your benefits are prior to your initial visit. It is highly recommended that the patient also call and check for themselves.

Patients must be aware of the following points, as they often differ from the doctor’s recommendation:

1. The limit of visits is not based upon what your individual needs are as a patient but rather is determined by the individual insurance company’s policy.

2. If the insurance company says they reimburse 80% of all reasonable and necessary chiropractic care, you must know that there is a variable in what they determine to be “reasonable and necessary”. Your insurance company is the one who determines reasonable and necessary NOT your chiropractor.

If you do not have insurance coverage, the doctors will create a financial plan that will help you make chiropractic care affordable.

CareCredit, a 12-month interest-free healthcare credit card is also available. Further details of how to apply for this feature can be discussed with one of our staff members.

What to Expect
· Initial Consultation
· Report of Findings
· Assessment & Treatment

Initial Consultation

On your first visit you will be asked to fill out paperwork regarding your chief complaint or problem, health history and insurance information. It is important to arrive approximately 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow enough time to complete this paperwork. Prior to seeing the doctor you will be given some educational material to read explaining some specific points about chiropractic and the chiropractic examination.

The doctor will join you in the consult room and begin to ask important questions about your health and more importantly your chief complaint that actually brought you in. This consultation is meant to be interactive and interrogative so the doctor can gather as much information about your problem as possible to help with his/her assessment and diagnosis. If the doctor believes that the patient’s problem can be helped with our services and the patient consents, a comprehensive orthopedic & neurological examination will follow the consultation. Allow for approximately 20 minutes for the consultation.

Report of Findings

The report of findings takes place on the second visit to our office. On this visit the doctor will sit with you to explain your x-rays and his/her assessment of your problem or complaint. If accepted as a patient, the doctor will review their recommendation for care commonly referred to as a treatment plan detailing the frequency of visits, costs and length of care. If you were referred out for x-rays on your initial visit, or have x-rays from a previous doctor, we ask that you bring those x-rays in with you for your report of findings. There is no cost for the report of findings. Charges will incur only if the patient decides to go forward and consents to treatment and are specific to the services/treatments provided.

If a financial plan or pre-pay plan was created by the doctor, this will be reviewed with you at this time. All payment options will be discussed and your questions answered. On this visit, the patient is asked to pre-schedule as many visits in advance to reduce wait time at the front desk when checking out.

If x-rays were taken by InMotion, in most cases, they will then be sent to a radiologist for a formal reading subsequent to your report of findings. There is a nominal charge for this radiological service and will be collected at the front desk at time of check-out.

Assessment & Treatment

After the doctor has examined you and has reviewed his/her findings from all the tests preformed and all appropriate diagnostic imaging, he/she will make a chiropractic diagnosis. The diagnosis will be discussed in the report of findings and the patient will be informed whether or not chiropractic care will help. In some cases, you may be referred out for further consultation and examination by another doctor or specialist.

Treatments are specific to each patient based upon their unique problem or diagnosis. Treatments, in our office, will be administered by the doctor and in some cases a CA (chiropractic assistant) and/or massage therapist if appropriate. The manipulation or adjustment will always be done by the doctor. The CA will perform physical therapy-type treatments that are indicated for certain treatment plans which may include electro stimulation, muscle release technique, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, intersegmental traction or stretching. If receiving one of these types of therapy before or after your adjustment, allow for 15 extra minutes on this visit.

Approximately every 12 visits a re-examination will be performed to evaluate your progress. Results will determine how the treatment proceeds, i.e. change in course or to continue with current plan.

MASSAGE THERAPY

Massage Therapy from InMotion is part of a complete approach to wellness. Treatments are a natural method of body therapy and provide proven medical benefits. Massage aids the body in healing by manipulating specific muscle groups and is used to improve blood circulation, speed recovery of pulled muscles and strained ligaments, increase flexibility and strengthen the body's immune system.

InMotions's certified massage therapists will work with you to choose the technique that's right for you. We have up to eight highly trained Massage Therapists with many different areas of expertise including: deep tissue, sports, neuromuscular, trigger point, swedish, reiki, reflexology, Craniosacral Therapy, Somato Emotional Release, Synergia, and pregnancy. To further distinguish the quality of massage, our therapists use ice, and heat if necessary as part of the treatment. They also have physicians available for complimentary consult, either before the massage to guide the therapist or after to determine if more than massage is necessary.

Our staff is highly skilled, educated and experienced. So come find out how you can make massage part of your plan for complete health.

ACUPUNCTURE

At Inmotion you can benefit from the wisdom of the ages with Acupuncture treatments. The Doctors are highly trained and collectively have been performing Chinese medicine for 18 years. Dr Fitelson is a diplomat of the NCCAOM, National Council of Chinese Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Dr Neff is licensed by the Chiropractic State Board to practice acupuncture.

How does Acupuncture work? There are many frequently asked questions about acupuncture that Western medicine cannot explain. Traditional acupuncture is based on the theory of the flow of Qi (energy) and Xue (blood) through distinct meridians or pathways that cover the body likes nerves and vessels do. Acupuncture allows Qi to flow to areas where it is deficient and away from where it is excess. Also if yin and yang are imbalanced then Qi cannot flow. The goal of acupuncture is to restore harmonious energetic balance of the body. Acupuncture treats the body and its imbalances thereby going directly to the cause rather than just the symptom.

How are the imbalances determined? Chinese medicine practitioners diagnose by employing four basic examinations. The first is questioning and taking a complete history. The second is visual inspection especially of the tongue and its coating. The third is listening to one’s voice and breathing. The fourth is palpating the pulses at both wrists. At InMotion the Doctors also employ a modern state of the art electronic graphing device called the AcuGraph which gives a picture of the energy and is used to complete the diagnostics.

What methods are used to rebalance the energy? At InMotion the Doctors use a variety of techniques as Acupuncture is about stimulating points and not only about inserting needles. Sterile needles, laser, electric stimulation, acupressure, tui na and shiatsu massage are all ways that the treatments can be delivered depending on the patient, their health and the condition.

What conditions can be treated? Any condition of the body that is imbalanced can be treated by acupuncture. At InMotion the Doctors specialize in the following conditions: Immune system dysfunction such as allergies, sinusitis, colds, flu and autominnune disorders as well. Digestive problems are treated such as hiatal hernia, heartburn, irritable bowel syndrome, constipation and diarrhea to name a few. Women’s health issues such as infertility, menopausal symptoms, endometriosis and pms. Pain of all types are successfully helped such as back and neck, sports injuries, headache and fibromyalgia.

Difficult cases are welcome. Many people are trying Acupuncture for conditions that have not responded to other types of care. Some use it so they can stay well. The Doctors will create a treatment plan that outlines the most effective course of action. Once a condition is successfully treated often patients come back for a “tune up” with the change of seasons. Call for a free consult or to set up an appointment.

NUTRITION CONSULTING

At InMotion Health Center we believe that nutrition is the cornerstone of all healing. A person cannot be truly healthy if the food they eat does not support good health, or worse yet, tears them down. Food is fuel and there is not a disease process that cannot be helped with proper nutrition.

An assessment/consult is performed first on the person’s health status and goals. Once determined, a food diary is completed and then a review is made. Some patients need menus and lists of foods and brands to support the menus. Others want an overview of the balance of foods, timing of meals and proportions to be eaten. Whatever is appropriate based on the patients goals and health needs becomes the format for their prescription.

There is no one diet or dietary strategy perfect for everyone. Often times there are multiple visits to review progress and measure goals. If needed, the doctors will serve as coaches and develop an ongoing accountability structure to support goals, i.e. with weight loss and measurements of body mass index, hormones, hair analyses and blood tests.

Whole food nutrition is the best source of micronutrients such as antioxidants, enzymes, minerals and fiber. The truth is not only that fruits and vegetables are good for you, but that they may indeed save your life!!!! The doctors at InMotion all take, and prescribe Juice Plus+, a nutritional whole food fruit and vegetable supplement in a capsule. The goal of most eating strategies is to achieve an alkaline ph to the bloodstream as acidity enhances diseases such as infections, inflammations, lowered immunity and bone thinning.

FITNESS

Fitness doesn't have to be about the way you look. It's about really feeling healthy and confident.

At InMotion, we'll work with you to create a program that will help you feel your best. Our complete range of fitness services includes health assessments, exercise prescriptions, nutrition consultation, and personal training referral.

InMotion has experts on hand to serve you...and who want you to succeed! We provide low tech spinal stabilization work with rocker/wobble boards, rubber tubing, upper body exercycle and Swiss gym balls. Follow up prescriptions included.

What is Core Strengthening?

The lower spine is inherently unstable and has to rely on its surrounding muscle groups (The Core) for support. The muscles that form the Core are the smaller spinal muscles and those of the trunk and pelvic girdle. In short, everything except the ribs and hips.

Core strengthening focuses on training the body to use these muscle groups while carrying out any activity. When the Core muscles are functioning correctly, movements become more precise, stable and safe.

Back pain sufferers, in particular, often find that training and strengthening the Core, even at a basic level, can greatly reduce pain and improve their overall condition.

Benefits of Core Strength

Greater strength and control of the active and stabilizing muscle groups.
Reduced risk of injury.
Improved posture.
Improved balance.
Increased muscle strength.
Improved speed and agility.
Enhanced muscle tone.
Increased flexibility

How the Program Works
The Core Strengthening Program is structured into three phases. In each phase, the participant will meet with the doctor for one-on-one training.

Each workout phase lasts for eight visits, and the participant will meet with the doctor once or twice a week, depending on their individual needs and schedule. Participants will be asked to do the same workout twice a week at home with handouts provided by the clinic. Progression to the next phase requires a re-evaluation by the doctor to determine if the participant has successfully passed their current phase.

Each session lasts approximately 20 minutes (perfect for the lunch hour workout!).

New clients not under InMotion’s doctor’s care must be evaluated by the doctor first before beginning the program.

Individual sessions can be purchased for $30 a visit OR purchase a full phase and receive a 10% discount plus a free exercise ball.

Why you should strengthen your Core…..

Weak Core muscles make a person more susceptible to poor posture, back pain, and injuries during activity.
A strong Core and good posture build confidence and self esteem.
A healthy Core reduces stress and
Helps overall physical fitness
It gives your body a foundation to perform other exercises and activities.

WOMEN'S HEALTH

During her peri-menopausal years, Dr. Fitelson took great interest in learning more about women’s health and the hormonal options for herself. As a student in pursuit of more up to date answers, she amassed a wealth of information and treatment options for women of all ages. As there is new information coming out on a regular basis, she continually updates her knowledge. Committed to complementary care, Dr Fitelson works in conjunction with other Doctors and practitioners to provide the most comprehensive care.

Hormones are quite intricate, complex and ever changing, and they are always a “work in progress”, needing to be re-evaluated from time to time. Oftentimes a consult about the pro’s and con’s of hormone replacement is all that is needed. You may read more about Dr Fitelson’s teachings in the section under articles written by the Doctors.

At Inmotion Health Center hormones are evaluated via saliva testing and hair analysis. Blood tests can be analyzed as well and are most reliable if the hormone tested is “bound” vs “unbound”. Dr Fitelson believes that hormones such as Thyroid, Adrenal and Testosterone should be evaluated as well as Estrogen and Progesterone. These analyses are different for each time of life and or condition and are the picture of a complete panel.

Conditions that are often treated at InMotion Health Center are varied. Infertility is quite common and is becoming an epidemic as more couples are struggling with it. Fertility treatments are well documented in the literature on Chinese Medicine. Often acupuncture, nutrition, and stress relief are effective treatment. PMS is treated as well with diet, and nutiritonal supplementation effectively. Peri-menopause, which includes symptoms such as hot flashes, mood swings, fatigue, foggy thinking, weight gain and loss of sex drive are very commonly treated as so many women are now over 50. Other conditions that are treated are irregular menstrual cycles, endometriosis and uterine fibroids, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, and various pregnancy issues such as morning sickness, breech position, induction of labor and post partum depression.

Treatment options are varied and specifically tailored to each individual woman. Consultations about weight loss, Osteoporosis, detoxification, depression and anxiety, and nutrition are common. Treatment plans include diet and supplementation, hormone replacement, exercise prescription, Chiropractic care, massage and acupuncture. Many treatment plans are blended, being tailored to each specific woman, with holistic principles in the forefront.

Goals for all care include empowering each woman with resources and self care to be able to continue to be as healthy as possible. Reducing the risk of the chronic degenerative diseases such as heart disease, cancer, diabetes, dementia and osteoporosis can be instituted at an early age. As age advances aging gracefully is an option that is often overlooked. Call InMotion and ask for an appointment to explore options.
